      • School Management Organisation Under the IMC management, our school has formed a number of administrative as well as subject teams for effective school management.

Incorporated Management Committee since 2005. Managers include representatives from our sponsoring body, teachers, parents, alumnus and the public.

        • Development of Key Tasks 1. To develop a reading culture through reading lessons, library skills lessons, reading award programmes and thematic reading activities, etc. 2. To enhance students' information literacy through school-based online learning activities. 3. To strengthen students' generic and learning skills through cross-curricular project learning. 4. To cultivate students' ethical value through different school-based activities and assemblies.
        • Development of Generic Skills To develop students' generic skills through class activities, project learning, as well as all-round and cross-curricular learning programmes.

        • Whole School Approach to Cater for Student Diversity Set up The Student Support Team to: 1. organize a diversity of enrichment courses and extension programmes for gifted children in order to develop their potentials; 2. provide intensive remedial teaching classes, remedial teaching groups, different levels of learning tasks, homework tailoring and assessment accommodation for students with special education needs.
        • Whole School Approach to Integrated Education Different ways of support are provided for students with special education needs, such as training on emotional management, speech therapy services, Chinese Reading Group, English and Maths remedial learning groups, individual education plan and mechanism in soliciting parents' views and discussion on student progress, etc.
