      • School Management Organisation The managerial department of St. Johannes College is consisted of the principal, and teacher coordinators responsible for all affairs concerning students including students' admission, academic performance and ever management of teaching staffs. Our Chief Operations Officer is in charge of the school affairs.

St. Johannes College has also organized several Parent-Teacher-Days where we cater a more personal discussion that is specifically designed to highlight concerns, solutions and students' overall performance.
      • School Ethos St. Johannes College will continue to preserve the ideologies of our late founder Dr. Liang, who sought the provision of education to the youth that mirrors the demanding standards of the world today. As a small contingent of the international community, we will continue to build on the delivery of high quality education for each student, instill great values, skills and intellectual discipline amongst them.
      • School Development Plan St. Johannes College (Catholic School) puts emphasis on three core values of education: Language, Critical Thinking and Exploring as a means of enhancing every student's all-round learning. 40% of teachers at SJC are NET teachers. Most subjects are taught in English. Also, by activities such as debating, cultivating students’problem-solving and analytical skills, their critical thinking skills are strengthened. As regards to developing ICT and STEM education, the school shall establish an electronic library and a science gallery, for students' enjoyment of reading and scientific experiments. Through these methods, we aim to increase the input of all-rounded education for our students.
      • Teacher Professional Training & Development Open classrooms, regular peer lesson observations and lessons evaluation sessions are organised to enhance professional learning and interactions among teachers.
