      • School Management Organisation The sponsoring body of our school is Canossian Missions. The Incorporated Management Committee advises on the school development. Daily running of the school is the responsibility of our administrative teacher groups.       • Learning & Teaching Strategies School-based curriculum has been designed so as to fulfill students' needs. Self-directed learning has been developed through different strategies such as reading schemes, e-learning platforms, and learning journals. Besides, project learning and life-wide learning have been organized to enrich students' learning experiences. Together with inquiry-based learning, collaborative learning and e-learning, students' interactions, generic skills and potential can be further enhanced.
      • Development of Key Tasks School aims at developing students' reading habit and creating an environment for them to develop their interest and enthusiasm of reading. Different reading schemes, such as cross-curricular reading programme, are implemented so as to promote students' learning through reading. Web based learning platforms and the school intranet are set up to enhance the communication between teachers and students. IT is integrated into the curriculum as a learning, teaching and assessment tool. Students are guided to develop various generic skills through project learning. Through Personal Growth Education, religious education and morning assemblies, positive moral and social values have been taught.

        • Whole School Approach to Cater for Student Diversity There are curricula designed to support the transition from kindergarten to primary one and the transition from primary six to secondary one. Through various activities such as orientation day, bridging course and P.6 interview classes, students are better prepared for the transition and are more confident in their learning. Our school has Big Sister Scheme and two class teachers are arranged for P.1 and P.2 classes to cater for all students' needs. Moreover, there is after school homework tutorial classes for students with financial hardships.
        • Whole School Approach to Integrated Education To develop the Integrated Education in school, school staff try the best to carry out a variety of school-based services on the whole school approach. In order to establish the compatible campus culture and develop the various skills of SEN students, the school caters for the students' diverse learning needs by hiring a support teaching assistant, and relevant professional services were provided such as in-class support, language therapy and specific learning difficulties support services. Modifying assignments and assessments are adopted to take care of students with specific educational needs.
