      • Orientation Activities and Healthy Life Summer courses on English, Mathematics, Chinese, Science, Library uses and youth cultivation are provided. The school has also organized Orientation Days for parents and students. There are also workshops to assist students to fit into secondary school life. Students are encouraged to develop a healthy life-style through the One Athletic Skill for One Pupil Scheme, musical instrument class and other learning experiences. Lunch is daily cooked fresh on campus to provide balanced diet. No disposable tableware is used.

        • (2) School Management Organisation: Teachers are encouraged to actively participate in school administration through seven sections, namely, Academic Affairs Section, Discipline Section, Guidance Section, Student Affairs Section, Careers Section, Home Affairs Section and External Affairs Section.
        • (3) Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee / Management Committee: The Incorporated Management Committee was established in 2012.
        • (4) School Green Policy: A sky roof garden. Meals are cooked on site, Green Monday, food waste recycling and dish washer are introduced in school canteen. No disposable tableware is used. No plastic bottled water is sold on campus. Energy saving appliances are employed.
      • Learning and Teaching Plan
        • (1) Whole-school Language Policy: Putonghua and Cantonese are used as the medium of instruction in the Chinese lessons and Chinese History lessons respectively. English is adopted in all other subjects.
        • (2) Learning and Teaching Strategies: In addition to fostering students' interest in learning and a proactive learning attitude, our school sees much importance to developing such areas as their analytical mind, problem-solving skills, ability to express, creativity and critical thinking. Our school encourages cross-curriculum activities to help students consolidate their knowledge acquired from different subjects, and the development of electronic learning to foster self-learning after school.
        • (3) School-based Curriculum: 1. Electives: 2X and 3X. We offer 12 elective subjects including Mathematics Extended Part Modules 1 and 2.2. Curriculum highlights: (1) Elements regarding Chinese culture are integrated in the structured classes and extra-curricular activities. (2) English literature course is designed.
        • (4) Development of Key Tasks: To nurture students’ reading habits and interests, our school has implemented various school-based reading schemes. Schoolmates, teachers, parents, alumni and authors are invited to join different reading activities. Reading forum is organized for students from overseas and other local schools to share their reading experience. We see great importance to the development of students’ study skills, analytical ability, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills. Project learning is included in the coursework of most subjects, in which students work together to analyse the collected information, write reports and give presentations. To enhance students' learning portfolio, students are expected to obtain international qualifications such as IGCSE, LCCI.
        • (5) Career and Life Planning: The 3 key components of our school based life planning curriculum are as follows: 1. Self-understanding & Development 2. Career Exploration 3. Career Planning & Management Life planning activities in our school include: Careers Day, visiting local & overseas universities, university taster programs, interview workshops, job internship programs, careers talks, sharing by alumni, parents’ talks, one-on-one counselling, counselling for elite students, self-understanding workshops etc. Some life planning activities are integrated with subjects, so as to provide comprehensive services to students.

        • (1) Whole School Approach to Cater for Student Diversity: The school runs different after school enhancement programs for junior forms in accordance with their aptitude. An 'all-round elite program' for the strongest senior form students is also launched.

"Open Lesson" is also arranged to let teachers in our school and even in other schools make professional exchange in teaching.
