      • School Management Organisation School Management Committee supervises our School Development and Improvement team, Administration and Policy Making Committee.
      • Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee/ Management Committee The chairperson of our school management committee is the current Deputy Secretary for Education in the Education Bureau. Other members include the school headmistress, teachers, alumni, parents and independent members. Regular meetings are held to discuss school development policy so as to enhance learning and teaching.
      • School Green Policy 1. 'Environmental Protection Campaign' is integrated into our school curriculum. For example, it is selected as one of the essential units in 'General Studies' and 'Moral & Civic Education'. 2. They help promote environmental protection activities and make news announcement or drama shows in morning assemblies. 3.         • Learning & Teaching Strategies 1. English - School based curriculum for P.1-P.3 and Process Writing for P.4- P.6 Chinese - P.1 take part in the EdUHK's programme (Animated way to learn Chinese). 2. To arouse students' learning motivation, we organize variety talent shows, shared reading, news announcement during assemblies and lunch sessions. 3. With small class teaching strategies as well as co-operative learning in class, students engage in more interactive learning activities and become active in class. We advocate diversified learning and teaching activities to arouse students' learning motivation. They can cater for students' learning differences too!
        • Development of Key Tasks 1. Reading: In order to promote a reading culture and enhance students' reading skills, we have 'morning reading session', 'reading award scheme', 'Recommended Books', 'e-reading' and 'Cross curriculum reading'. 2. Project Learning: Through the implementation of 'Project Learning', students' learning motivation is aroused. Also, it enhances their critical thinking skills, communication skills as well as co-operative skills. 3. Moral and civic education: Our school strives to develop students' positive moral and value attitudes through various policies such as personal growth class, class teacher period, morning assemblies, weekly seminars, school-based counseling scheme and flag-raising ceremonies. 4. Information Technology in Education: Our school integrates information technology into all learning aspects. In addition, we provide students with multi-media hardware as well as online learning platforms.
        • Development of Generic Skills In order to develop students' co-operative skills, communication skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking skills, we advocate diversified learning activities such as project learning and small class teaching.
      • Whole School Approach to Cater for Student Diversity 1. We implement after-school students support scheme, newly-arrived children adaptation courses, community-based project and Understanding Adolescent Project (Primary). 2. According to students' learning progress, we advocate both Intensive and Remedial Programme. Our Special Education Needs team implements the whole school approach and plans strategies to cater for students' needs.
