The teaching staff work as a team and constantly carry out internal evaluation for their professional enrichment and the betterment of pupils.
      • Incorporated Management Committee / School Management Committee/ Management Committee The school is affiliated to the H.K. Council of the Church of Christ in China and is subject to the directions of the Management Committee. Members of the Committee includes the Supervisor, the School Head, 3 teachers, an alumnus, a parent and 3 representatives from the above H.K. Council. Policy of the Management Committee is made known to all stake holders.

      • Learning & Teaching Strategies Moral lessons and reading lessons are arranged. In addition, our cross-curriculum together with tailor-made activities for each subject enables our pupils to experience life-wide learning. Provide pupils various learning experiences with ample activities, such as organizing study trips to different provinces in China which helps to raise pupils' proficiency in Chinese Language. We offer cross-subject teaching and learning by means of project learning with the aim of widening pupils' scope of horizon.
      • Development of Key Tasks 1. Carry out information technology education. 2. Implement cross-subject teaching and learning. 3. Enhance pupils' reading habits. 4. Develop pupils' moral and civic education.
      • Development of Generic Skills We use every means to help pupils develop their multiple intelligence, focusing on cultivating their creativity and ability to reason and co-operate with others.
      • Whole School Approach to Cater for Student Diversity Intensive help provided for pupils, e.g. remedial classes and small group teaching for less able pupils. We practise split-class teaching three streams. There is a variety of extra-curricular activities after school, e.g. remedial classes in different levels and systematic training for more able or gifted students with outstanding performances or achievements in areas of science, mathematics, languages and leadership. On top of that, we organize parent education programs and workshops to provide parents with advice and information.
      • Whole School Approach to Integrated Education Our school has a Special Education Needs Coordinator to arrange different services for students with special education needs such as speech therapy services, school-based educational psychology services, intensive remedial teaching programme, improvement of learning effectiveness groups, emotional and social skill training groups, reading and writing is fun for Chinese groups, concentration training groups, and implementation of pioneer for Attention Deficit and / Hyperactivity Disorder group, Supporting Autism Student Program, Chinese and English makeup class for P.1 to P.3 students, individualized education programs(IEP), homework accommodations, assessment accommodations, etc.
      • Curriculum Tailoring and Adaptation Use various modes in formative assessment to find out pupils' strengths and weaknesses. Teachers then use different teaching strategies to ensure easy adaptation and design tailor-made curriculum for the gifted and the less able ones.
      • Home-School Co-operation Since the establishment of our Parent-Teacher Association in 1995, both teachers and parents have worked hand in hand for the betterment of our pupils. As a result, our pupils enjoy a wide range of activities which greatly enrich their school lives.
