      • School Management Organisation Under the IMC of Holy Family Canossian School is the School Administration Team which consists of four groups: Management and Organisation, Learning and Teaching, School Support and School Ethos and Student Performance. Each group is divided into different working groups to help to implement school policies.

      • Whole School Approach to Cater for Student Diversity Our school gives strong support to students with different learning needs. We have been granted funding to provide homework remedial classes after school. Tutors are employed to help students who have difficulties in their homework. With the funding of the Enhanced Speech Therapy Grant, a speech therapist has been employed to provide appropriate treatment for the students with communication difficulties. The speech therapist also co-operates with the Chinese teachers to develop our school-based speaking curriculum. In addition, parent workshops are organised to assist parents in improving their daughter's communication skills.
      • Whole School Approach to Integrated Education With the help of EDB's support schemes, we have after-school homework tuition classes to help students with their homework and assignments. Pull-out programmes are also organised to support students with different learning needs. Specialised speech therapist gives speech services to students and helps design and develop the school-based Chinese speaking curriculum. Parents' talks on promoting students' ability of expression are held too.
      • Curriculum Tailoring and Adaptation Based on the learning needs and capabilities of students, seed projects, school-based English and Chinese Writing curriculum, Higher Order Thinking Skills Learning Programme and project-learning curriculum are being tailor-made and evaluated in order to enhance students' self-learning abilities. We provide a large variety of learning activities to suit students' learning needs.
      • Home-School Co-operation Through home-school co-operation, parents know more about students' learning at school and they are invited to join different activities such as PTA, charity show, variety show, fun fair and environmental protection workshops etc.
